LuxLife By Elise LLC — Booking & Cancellation Policy

​

These terms summarize our current HoneyBook Event Design & Décor Agreement. Your signed agreement and approved proposal define your event’s scope and terms.

​

RESERVING YOUR DATE

A signed contract and a 50% retainer are required to reserve your date. A paid design proposal fee is credited toward the retainer. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before the event. Payments are non-refundable except when LuxLife must cancel as described below. Applicable card processing fees may apply.

CLIENT CANCELLATIONS

If you cancel, all payments made remain non-refundable. If cancellation occurs within three months of the event date, the remaining full balance is due.

RESCHEDULING

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a new date, subject to availability. Any additional costs are the client’s responsibility.

IF LUXLIFE MUST CANCEL

If illness, an emergency or another circumstance prevents us from performing, we will notify you promptly. You may choose a full refund of all payments or our reasonable efforts to arrange a qualified replacement, subject to your approval. If no replacement is available or approved, all payments will be refunded.

DESIGN & SERVICE CHANGES

Final guest and table counts are due 14 days before the event. The approved scope cannot be reduced after signing. Additions, upgrades and substantial changes require written agreement and may cost extra. Reasonable seasonal substitutions may be made while maintaining the agreed design quality.

VENUE ACCESS & RENTALS

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, allow four consecutive hours of venue access before guests arrive. Rentals remain LuxLife property unless the proposal states otherwise. Clients are responsible for full repair or replacement costs for lost, stolen, removed or damaged items beyond normal wear.

DESIGN VISUALS & PHOTOGRAPHY

Mockups and inspiration images guide the style and vision; finished details may vary with materials, availability and venue conditions. Décor may be photographed for our portfolio and promotions. Please request any opt-out for identifiable people in writing before the event.
